IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to  develop this “mine of the future”. Suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for the following vacancies required for the project development.

                                   Clerk Time and Attendance - (REF: CMIVP - 01/25)

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
• Relevant Office / Human Resources / Administration Certificate at NQF 5
• Exposure to a Time & Attendance system [preferred]
• MS Office Proficient [Basic Word, Outlook & Excel essential]
• Administrative competence and Numerical reasoning
• Good English communication skills [Written and verbal]

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

·       At least 1 year of time and attendance and/or relevant HR experience, preferably in a mining / construction environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Effective self - management in alignment with Cementation values and leadership initiatives
• Assist with HR site administration as required
• Update the T&A system with transfers, leave, licenses etc.

·       Generate accurate daily labour reports and submit timeously to relevant stakeholders, including site management, HR and Administration personnel.

·       Receive, process and complete all T&A related documentation timeously and accurately

·       Update the T&A system with transfers, leave, licenses etc.

·       Update and maintain the filing of all related T& A document

·       Receive, process and complete all T&A related documentation timeously and accurately
